WCF Symphony Labor Day Concert

Celebrate the close of summer with the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony’s annual Free Labor Day Weekend Concerts, a perfect family-friendly tradition in Cedar Falls and Waverly. Gather your family, pack a picnic, and bring your lawn chairs for a relaxing evening of live music under the open sky at River Place Plaza and Kohlmann Park. This year’s program features the woodwind section performing Dvořák’s Serenade for Wind Instruments, a lively and lyrical favorite. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to symphony performances, it’s a welcoming, casual way to enjoy great music together before the season changes.

The Plaza opens at 7:00 PM, the concert starts at 7:30 PM. Come early to grab a seat and a beverage! The Plaza beverage tent will be serving beer, wine by the glass, seltzer, water and soda.
